“After two years of regression with my confidence and show performance, I decided I was the problem and needed to get my brain together. I researched different sport psychologist and therapy, but couldn’t find  someone who could relate/understand the horse/competition part.

My trainer then recommended I reach out to Haleigh. I did, and I wish I had 2 years ago. She listened to my concerns, validated me, and gave me some insight and tools to try and work thru some of issues. Two weeks after our first session I went to a show, one that I had past negative history at, got thru my tests and for the first time in 2 years felt good about how the day went.

It’s now been 5 months and I have completed 5 shows (with 2 personal best scores), grown with my young horse, and felt more confident/comfortable in the saddle. I went from being eliminated and feeling like a ball of anxiety at every show to enjoying my horse and feeling confident/able in the show ring.

I highly recommend Haleigh and am so grateful for her support and guidance.”  - Rider

“My daughter was struggling in the arena with cantering and jumping. She has rode since she was five, but a few injuries and falls had knocked her courage and confidence.

She had mentally tore herself down so much, fear over took her ability to do much of anything in her horse. We contacted Haleigh to work with my daughter. I can not say enough about how much Haleigh has done for my daughter!

After a few sessions she was making progress. Just six months later she is back to her old self and riding better than ever. Haleigh has this awesome ability to talk with herand work through her mental blocks, keep her calm and focused in the arena, and redirect my daughter’s thoughts to positive ones.

I would highly recommend Haleigh to anyone struggling mentally as an equestrian. “- Parent Review

“After I started mentally struggling with riding and hardly being able to walk without shutting down, I was ready to quit riding.

Finding Haleigh has been a huge part of my confidence level now. I would always worry about the little things that could go wrong and sabotage myself and shut down.

Haleigh taught me how to take those thoughts into positive ones and worry about the now instead of the what ifs. The first time she went to a show with us she got to see firsthand how I self-sabotaged and shut down in the show arena.

Before I would walk into the arena for my class Haleigh would remind me to use my calming word and to just go out there and have fun and take it one stride at a jump. That piece of advice was a huge help in how successful I was that day because I didn’t care about what happened before but what was happening in the moment.

I’m so thankful for Haleigh’s help and how she had helped my confidence skyrocket.”- Rider
